I "snuck" in on March 18 on the no visa program, US citizen, and have been amnestied since. I want to go to the consulate in Savannakhet to get a Non O based on marriage to a Thai, but all we have managed so far is the TM 30. Either the borders will remain (effectively) closed and the amnesty will be extended, or there will be some arrangements put in place for those who need a new O/B visa or need to activate a new entry on a ME visa.
