rooster59 Posted July 11, 2020 Share Posted July 11, 2020 Pattaya: "Very drunk foreigner" crashes into Thai man chatting with a friend Image: Pattaya News Police and rescue services were called to the Huay Yai area of Pattaya after an MG car driven by a foreign man crashed into a Thai man who had been chatting with a friend. Thiwa, 75, was given first aid at the scene then transported to hospital. The accident happened near the Jao Phor Hao Dong shrine at 11 pm on Thursday night. A friend of the victim said that they had been chatting behind the victim's BMW when he caught sight of the MG swerving and out of control. He managed to jump clear but his friend was not so lucky. He said that the foreign man was very drunk and would not talk to anyone at the scene. He was arrested and taken away by the Huay Yai police.
