Here's one for Dr Treelove.

I love the leaves on this tree, talk about perfect shade! I asked the owner what it was and she answered, ต้นตีนเป็ด  Ton tin pet -Duck's feet tree. But my daughter doesn't agree, and checking out the aforementioned on the internet, the leaves don't look similar at all.

Wondering if anyone knows its name.

 

Does it fruit or flower?

Not sure, but it looks like it needs a trim before the branches get up in those wires.

 Ah, a good Thai friend provided the answer- ต้นหูกวาง  ton hoo kwang- the ears of a deer. Excellent, it's a fast grower, in 2 years I'll have that shade I crave. 

Exactly right; the ears of a deer tree. You must cut it regularly as it grows very fast. Makes a great shade tree but you must prune it to get the desired shape.
