Does the water authority read the meter, or the condominium?

Condominium usualy reads metre,they invoice..

Could be a meter issue.  Contact the Jurassic office and inquire.

Or maybe go to the next condo resident meeting.

I think it is not that uncommon for them to charge more but 3 x's seems excessive.

Jurassic? I don't think you need to go back that far, a knock on the door of one of your juristic persons might smooth the way.

Its not illegal. You are buying water from the condominium, not from the water authority.

It depends on the condominium who you're paying to. Where I'm staying you can pay directly to PWA if you're the owner and to the juristic office if you are a tenant. The price is the same.

I lived in a beautiful condo on the hill overlooking kata. The water for the particular block of condos I lived in was brought in by truck every second day. So we paid a bit extra for that, but before you rock the boat enquire at the office about the price your paying.
Also check out your contract,it might be in there explaining the charges.

Here's an update, I talked to the my Condo management to see how much the building pays for the water, since I am co-chairman of the committee, I have access to this, and they pay 15 Baht and charge the owners 20 Baht per unit. I am not complaining as it help keeps our CAM fees from being raised.
