Even if 2 new witnesses did come out from under a rock, why exonerate him, based on that?

 

Why not do it correctly, and have a court case to test the veracity of all witnesses and come to a conclusion.

Which was entirely the point that one of them was an Air Marshall and not just Somchai the noodle seller.
