Adele Adkins, 32, has flaunted her svelte figure on Instagram after she quit bad habits, adopted a strict diet and a workout regime.

 

In younger years, the singer was known for her curvier frame and refusal to conform to music industry body standards by losing weight.

 

She also deflected brutal comments from the late Karl Lagerfeld, then creative director for Chanel, who blasted her for being “a little too fat”.

 

Around the time that hurtful remarks began, as her vocal talent propelled her to international acclaim, she revealed several reasons why she would undergo a body transformation.

Apparently science/medicine says max six teaspoons of sugar daily, from all sources.
