Reality check The tourists with the cash to spend come for the entertainment - alcohol and women - Yes Chines visit but they don't spend money and that's the same for all Asians so until a vaccine arrives Tourism will continue to struggle so don't believe this govt comment

I seriously doubt if the Thai economy will ever recover from this.

The junta have just used covid-19 as an excuse to control the populous and clearly nobody of intelligence believes the low covid-19 deaths in Thailand.

If the junta were serious about saving people lives they would get serious about the amount of road deaths in Thailand every year, but they are not.
