Welcome suggestions on places to visit on our stay of 10 days.

There are many exciting and interesting things to see and do.

Not knowing your itin here are just a few.

Bangkok: (the basics)

1. Tour the Palace.

2. Take a river tour, great photo op along Bkk's klongs (canals),

3. Visit the ancient ruins,

4. Take a side trip to the Floating Market,

5. Shop, shop, shop, great deals and novelties you can only find here,

Pattaya:

1. Visit Nong Nooch Gardens,

2. Have a lobster dinner over one of the many pier restaurants,

3. Work on your tan,

4. Parasail or take a day charter and explore nearby islands,

Chiang Mai:

1. Elephant trekking,

2. Bamboo rafting down the Ping river,

3. Shop at the famous night bazaar,

Koh Samui:

1. Visit the water falls, see a Crocodile show,

2. Take a canopy tour up in the trees,

3. Chill on one of the many post card beaches.

Your going to have a great time, don't worry there will be plenty to keep you busy.

Oh yeah, and from what I understand, there's quite an exciting nightlife venue, if that's applicable. :o:D

Three days in Laos, a couple of days in Cambodia, four days in Vietnam, then do a days shopping in Bangkok whilst you are waiting for the plane. - I've lived here full time for over four years, have more than seven years full time in Aisa, first came to Thailand in 92"...

Agree with that.
Pattaya:

Dont go there. It may put you off Thailand.IMHO

Chiang Mai is great. If you want beaches. Then fly to Krabi and head to Railay Beach. Or only 3 hours from Bangkok on a Bus is Koh Samet.. AVOID SAMUI. IMHO

Dont go there. It may put you off Thailand.IMHO

Then theres nana plaza, soi cowboy patpong in bkk, plus walking street in pattaya, just to mention a few
