The Public Health Ministry has asked the Budget Bureau to consider a Bt600-million project on production of Covid-19 vaccines with Oxford University and pharmaceutical companies in England, Minister Anutin Charnvirakul confirmed today (August 25).

(Reuters) - A white St. Louis couple who brandished guns at Black Lives Matter protesters outside their home in June were given a prominent speaking slot at the Republican National Convention on Monday, repeating unfounded claims by President Donald Trump that Democrats will destroy America's suburbs.

"Foreign tourists won't come if confined to their room for 14 days" but keeping them at resorts is OK, Pipat

Thailand's tourism and sports minister Pipat Ratchakitprakarn admitted to the Thai media that confining tourists to their room 24/7 for 14 days was not going to inspire foreigners to come to Thailand.

Eight injured as concrete walkway collapses in Bang Sao Thong near Bangkok

Eight injured people - two seriously - were taken to hospital after a 10 meter stretch of a one meter wide walkway alongside the Nong Ngu Hao canal in Bang Sao Thong, Bang Plee collapsed yesterday.
