If Paul Rand don’t empathize with the protesters’ reason to assemble in Washington, he shouldn’t be in politics or representing the people. He should not be running away or protecting himself from people expressing their views.

Firstly, this isn't facism. Not even close. And secondly that is not what 'defunding the police' is about. But you know that right? I mean you've had it explained to you many, many times before but here you are, still trying to push a false narrative of the police being 'totally defunded' when that is not what is being proposed.

If you want to remain willfully ignorant, then of course that's your prerogative but please don't try and fool the better informed. No ones buying what you're badly selling.

Intimidation, harassment, rioting, murder, and assault used as a means to force your will onto people to get what you want is terrorism. AKA Domestic terrorism. 

Treating people like those rioters were treating people is not a peaceful protest, its harassment, assault, and intimidation.

So Rand Paul was swarmed by people calling for FBI probe and he ran away and ask for police protection. He should instead listen to the people’s grievances and report back to Trump and ask him to order the DOJ to investigate. Wouldn’t that be a better approach to listen and unify the people like the aftermath of MLK’s death. JFK interrupted his schedule agenda and made an impromptu speech to pacify the people in Indianapolis against the advise of the police chief due to the volatile situation. He then ordered the DOJ to get the Civil Right Division to investigate. JFK was the President for all Americans unlike Trump who is President for his own self interest, family and cronies.

The poster suggested, in a thread about political harassment, assault, and intimidation, that it would calm down if people would "Get rid of trump and his cronies" 

 

And that is by definition, terrorism.
