Her act of crying didn't clue you in on whether she wanted penetrative sex?? For someone highlighting body language cues, seems like a big one to miss..

If you copped jail time in this instance, you would have deserved it. Nothing wrong with the laws in this context, that's exactly what they're supposed to protect people from. Even if she verbally agrees to sex, and signs a document of consent - if she backs out at the last minute, you stop.
