i think the post was wanting confirmation that this covid19 policy was acceptable pursuant to COE conditions

it has been reported that 7 days ASQ is being considered for November if all goes well in October and in another report the matter of single retirees returning to their thai home/condo to be added to COE conditions

i agree not much hope for dirty farangs being trusted by thai's to self quarantine
