It is pretty simple. The virus gets only a 7 day visa instead of 2 weeks. What is so hard to understand...

I don't understand what your point is?

 

I know first hand of more than 20-30 people that tested positive, not a symptom amongst them.

 

I also know 2 that were in ICU, does not sound nice, plus long recovery time.

On the US news a while back , I seen an American protester, with no mask,

bragging that the virus was a hoax. 2 weeks later there was a follow up

story on the guy. He caught the virus and had just died.  Go figure..

This is not just a flu, as you can read todays stats. nearly 1 million dead and counting...

If it's not as above what you propose will not succeed.

It will weed out 99% of cases. The purpose isn't to get 100% certainty - the only way to maintain that is not let people in at all - the purpose is to let tourists in while reducing the possibility of them being positive.

 

Either way none of this will matter soon as Moderna will come out with 3rd phase human testing results in a month and hopefully by end of year there'll already be mass distribution of the vaccine.

Looks to be a continuous clusterphuck for some time to come. 

That is, unless they get their act together.
