Original official degree confirmation letter

Good day,

 

I've used up all of my Teaching Waivers and now in a process of preparing my documents to get a Teaching License. I've ordered a confirmation letter from my University but I cannot contact Krusapha in any way - I'm really frustrated. My University has a limit of confirmation letters (only 3) and I've used one already with unknown result. Is there any way to confirm they've got it? Any help is appreciated.

Thank you so much! I'm not able to reach them using the phone number sadly... I didn't know they had official FB page and Line - I will try it right now! I hope the letter is not lost - I've been waiting for it for months! ????
