I just saw a FARANG in Pattaya....I think they want to talk to a bar girl.  BREAKING THE LAW, since prostitution is ILLEGAL.

"I think they want to talk to a bar girl".

Wanting to talk to a bar-girl isn't illegal, neither is actually talking to one.  Talking to a prostitute is not breaking the law, either, regardless of prostitution being illegal.

You think that they're Thai?

No maybe they are from Grönland!

As they're not Thais they're just as likely to be from Greenland as they are to be from Thailand.

In Thai, how does ones say "that's bloomin' terrible"?

I suspect that was the "Na gliat mark"   bit at the end of the video

"farung doo mun tum"    calling the foreigner  "it"   charming as always.

Yep, as usual. But the word "mun", or "mann" is also used by Thai people.

For example when a woman's husband went to Bangkok, the wives love to use : Samee bai nai? ( sai, Isaan). "Mann ( mun ) bai Krung Thep.....

Speak for yourself. I don't regard myself as a guest (why doesn't the host fulfill their duties?), I regard myself as a customer.
