I might help to indicate what city.  Google can not find lake with that spelling but closest would be Pattaya - but you say you are located in Chiang Mai - and you have posted in General.

Sorry I lived in Chiang Mai for a few years and forgot to update my profile I am looking for a plumber in the Pattaya area Maprachan Reservoir horsshoepoint Siam contry club

Is this under buildings or open land?  If under house might it be an option to run above ground to forgo any future issues?  Sorry can not be of specific help but normally plumbing/pump supply type shophouses will have viable recommendations if maids grapevine does not know.
