The Cabinet has agreed to earmark Bt5.57 billion for the construction of a new Interior Ministry complex covering 18-rai in Bangkok’s Banglamphu area, government spokesperson Anucha Burapachaisri said on Tuesday.

This land comes under the jurisdiction of the Royal Household Property Bureau.

The Budget Bureau has approved the project and will allow the disbursement of Bt900 million from the 2020 budget.

I guess Crown Property then with revenues sent to Germany.  For a building to provide staff with air con offices, weekends off, loans and pensions and lots of holidays.  Connected people and their friends and families will get nice jobs. Everyone happy then....well everyone that matters anyway in the dinosaur bubble.

Don't forget no lay-offs or salary cuts for epidemics!

Really amazing how much money this country has available to waste for unnecessary, useless or meganomaniacal projects, like the Petchaburi-Chonburi-bridge, when at the same time millions of its people struggle to survive the crisis economically.

No need to ask who providees the loans, everybody knows it.

It’s all about the backhanded cash payouts-never enough of those-it’s an addiction
