There are three new Covid-19 patients in Mae Sot district of Tak province, taking the total number of cases in the district to five, provincial Governor Pongsarat Piromrat said in Saturday.

The three new patients are family members ofa Myanmar couple, who were reported early in the morning as being infected with the virus.

The province has already stepped up screening measures at the communities near their house and has ordered the closure of some nearby schools for one week. Screening checkpoints also been been set up in districts bordering Mae Sot.

Stop it!

Flagrantly going around testing people is a serious threat to Thailand's glorious Covid-free reputation.

FYI.  The medical authorities have never said Thailand was CV19 free.  They routinely admit it's still out there.  But because of lack of testing, they aren't known.  And in low numbers just waiting for a chance to rage again.

That depends on the results given to the public... seems strange that thus far every test conducted after a domestic infection there is never anyone else found.

Very strange. Almost as if there might be some sort of agenda at play ...

Should Thailand keep their borders closed forever?

Covid-19 is not going to magically disappear even when a vaccine is ready, so when is a good time to reopen?

I guess Thailand has not a big problem with Covid-19 Thailand has a bigger

problem with Prayut-20 :whistling:
