unclep where do i find him/cheers allan

Makro have a good deal at the mo, 210 baht a kilo about 15 sausages in the pack, some of the best I've had is from Sausage Deleted in Chiang Mai especially the Indian flavour, and he's a farang

Almost most big international supermarket plus restaurants sell them. Very common in Pattaya.

Used to be a French Bouchar in Soi 88 that did Cumberland. Maybe they stopped trading. Maybe worth a look.

Otherwise try Villa or Makro (Makro offer a TGM variant). There's also a Topps Market but I've never been.

Boucherie Jean-Pierre on Soi 88 has delicious Toulouse sausages, but I haven't tried any other types.

Hua Hin Ham Bacon & Meat on Soi 41 is very popular, too.

Cumberland, bratwurst, boerewors, chorizo. A song in the mouth like ABBA. Wait, I forgot sai ua.

The two Villa supermarkets usually have a range of English sausages, they often have some imported ones but I've found that the locally produced ones are pretty good.

There's a Hua Hin based food delivery company called foodshipthailand based on Soi 112 which has a good range and a website and a place called Euro deli and sausage house which is tucked away further up 102, they have a good range and also an onsite restaurant.

Keep your eye on this place every so often comes up with some bargain prices although they are based in Phuket they will ship for you anywhere in Thailand,

They have a good range of sausages and bacon and good deals on cheeses lots of other goodies

Easy enough to make, you just need a mincer, the mince you buy may not have enough fat in it, and a sausage stuffer, prices vary enormously. But even easier is to make burgers, they taste the same but just a different shape and no stuffer or sausage skins required.

These are delicious

Based in Hua Hin, you can currently arrange to pick up from soi 112 to save postage/packing, but they are opening a proper shop soon.
