At least one killed in suspected Vienna terror attack

webfact

Recommended Posts

... press conference at 6am local confirms deceased victims at 3, that's 3+1 total.

no explosives, his respective belt was a fake; assault rifle confirmed

another 14 victims still hospitalized, 17 victims injured in total, gun as well as knife wounds apparently

still not clear how many attackers, at least 1 more suspected & searched for, 9 minutes from first reports of a shooter until they had him down, good job, 6 separate 'crime scenes' reported but all in a perimeter less than 500 meters (my guess knowing the lay of the land) so possible for a solo-nutter, forensics in the works ...

... unfortunately plenty of folks around, unusually warm evening/night and also the last one before nightly covid curfew goes into effect today ...

several house searches and arrests made but no further info at this point

Your muslim majority is extremely silent.

Much more silent than the "minority" of hundreds of thousands fanatics all over the world shooting in the air and yelling "dead to the infidels" whenever members of the "religion of peace" feel offended by a word or a cartoon in a western paper.

Maybe that minority is only the vocal part of the majority

Posting a sort of morality like “dead to the infidels” on a public forum with an avatar wearing a pickelhaube of WW1 Prussian artillery...when only 100 shots were fired in Vienna anno 2020...

Cmon...

The gunman killed during a deadly terrorist attack in the Austrian capital Vienna served a prison term for attempting to reach Syria to join Islamic State, the Government says. ... In December 2019, he was released early due to his young age, according to the report, which cited Austrian Interior Minister Karl Nehammer.

Yet he still managed to arm himself ...

And when was that reported? When were bigoted posts made? When was my post made?

It was reported almost immediately if you looked at a few news sources, but in what universe did you expect a different outcome?

It was speculated, yes. Reported, no. Ever heard of breivik? And he is just an example, much more right wing terrorism.

By the way:

4.9% of tje EU citizens are muslims

Today 12% of Austrian  people are Muslim.

30% of children till 18 years are Muslim.

No pun intended, but next generation (25 years) chancellor in Austria can/will be a Muslim.

Steven look at Thorgal's diagram, far left 26% Far right 6%. In the eighties probably 75% was left wing. Rode armee, brigadio rosso, CCC etc. But yes blame the right.

You seems to be happy about that?

No.

I’ve replied to another poster to provide more accurate figures related to OP.

My figures were based on an excellent non PC series available on YT:

Originally from North Macedonia, Kujtim Fejzulai, killed Monday evening by the police, had been sentenced in 2019 to prison in Austria but he had been released early, explained the Minister of the Interior, Karl Nehammer.

The 20-year-old had therefore succeeded in "cheating" the de-radicalization program and those responsible for monitoring it, the minister said.

Come and seek a better life in Austria.

Since 2015, Austria has been known to be a thoroughfare for terrorists and weapons from the Middle East and the Balkans.

It is the way they want to colonize the west but many people don't realize it, it is just a matter of numbers (speed of reproduction) and time. We condemned colonisation  but many (on the left) seem to have no problem if it is the other way around. Or are they just to stupid to realize it? Multicul is something different than enforcing your own ideas on to others.

Less than 22% of terrorism in EU are jihadi terrorism.

From Europol

https://www.europol.europa.eu/activities-services/main-reports/european-union-terrorism-situation-and-trend-report-te-sat-2020

Europol conveniently left out the number of victims (dead and wounded) caused by each group.

Anarchists carried out over 100 attacks in Italy, but these attacks are not meant to cause the same damage, but they do dilute Jihadist attacks in a high number of many attacks doing lesser harm.

...introducing the statistical inevitability of terrorism

Do you expect the Muslim population to erase the native culture?

If you are refering to the muslim related terrorism in Europe, it is more "accurate"  to interpret the numbers to the percentage of muslims in Europe, not in Austria.

You may dream of a  Europe as a part of dar al-islam in a generation or two.

My hope is, that our western societies stand strong in defending human rights, women rights, gay rights and religios freedom. An aggressive Islam and millions of low lifes from stone age societies endangers everything our ancestors had to fight for for over hundreds of years.

Islam will perish, inshallah!

“Kujtim” is not a Muslim name. It’s a name given in Albania and/Macedonia for non-Muslims.

He was arrested and jailed for participating within a radical Islamic terrorist network.

The de-radicalisation program didn’t work.

The monitoring and surveillance also failed in terms of counterterrorism.

He published obvious pictures on instagram short before the attacks.

Comparative data is available from the 70’s till 2018 to make it more transparent.
