Ummm....no....Fox is not factual all the time.

Overall, we rate Fox News strongly Right-Biased due to editorial positions and story selection that favors the right. We also rate them Mixed factually and borderline Questionable based on poor sourcing and the spreading of conspiracy theories that later must be retracted after being widely shared. Further, Fox News would be rated a Questionable source based on numerous failed fact checks by hosts and pundits, however, straight news reporting is generally reliable, therefore we rate them Mixed for factual reporting.

I should have been more specific. I meant the straight reporting. Anyway, Tifino seems to have accepted my explanation.

Legal recourse or not, just another example of Trump's destructiveness.

  • Even the Republican Secretary of State for GA said there's no significant fraud and there's pretty much no way Trump will win his state.  Sadly, the GOP senators are calling for his dismissal.

  • U.S. television and news networks only declare projected winners.  They cannot certify election results.  Biden and team will have to wait.   I doubt they have any viable legal recourse av

It isn't even the same thing. Democrats bitched about the electora system. Not the validity of the vote. And then Trump supporters went on to claim that Democrats were opposing Trump's program because they couldn't accept the results of the election. 'As though it were a unique event that the oppositio party opposes a President. Just nuts. And it should be pointed out when it came time for the Covid relief bill, Democrats supported it more strongly than did Republicans.

The electoral system in the US is deeply flawed.  Many laws go back to the slavery era.  The electoral college needs to be abolished or revamped.  Each state has it's own rules and regulations as to how the voting process works.  A horrible idea.  Perhaps OK 200 years ago, but not now.

I really liked Shep.  His departure meant I don't have time for them anymore.  The opinion talking heads are horrible.

How do you know..all the votes have yet to be counted...the electoral college has not voted...nor has Congress accepted the results of the EC vote. When all these legally mandated actions occur and Mr. Biden (#NotMyPresident) is certified as having won the election, the GSA official can legally sign the paperwork allowing Biden and his people the use government resources to prepare for his time in office. In the interim, he's free to plan and organize his administration and rent private office space to do it (lots available cheap as Democrat Party officeholders have shutdown much of the economy due to the virus).

LIke I said, we all know he lost....some people are so tribal they cant accept it but we **ALL** know Trump lost the 2020 election....including you and "45". Is there some creditable reason why Trump can NOT let Biden start the transition AND still pursue the sham of frivolous lawsuits with no evidence and possibly NOT hurt the country? It isnt like if Trump actually finds something and by some MIRACLE (hell it would be beyond a miracle) that the results were actually turned over and Trump did end up stealing the election...what harm would there possibly have been in starting the transition anyhow? If Trump actually won the election it isnt like the transition would be complete and Biden would take power. All putting off the transition does is HURT THE COUNTRY...which is more important than hurting Trump's ego and your pride. It is childish, petty and disrespectful...in other words it is Donald Trump.

President Elect Joe Biden.

You've heard of 'premature ejaculation', perhaps? Calm down, now, big fella. I'm referring to the second definition HERE [Merriam-Webster dictionary link]. ????

We are currently waiting for any evidence of the allegations  , investigations are underway and the US cannot move forward until these allegations are either proven or shown to be false

We can certainly move on based on the innocent til proven guilty principle

Opinion

I shouldn't have to remind you that the 'innocent til proven guilty principle' applies only when in front of a jury and/or judge of a court of law. Nobody 'moves on' until the jury and/or judge finalizes the trial results. Otherwise there wouldn't be supporting elements of the justice system where this ITPGP does not apply; otherwise there wouldn't be items like handcuffs, holding cells, bail, interrogations, investigations, forensics, evidence-gathering, etc. Capisce?

Having said  this, it appears to me that the litigation proceeding in many of the contested states is still in the investigation and evidence-gathering phases.

End Opinion
