Hello again forum.  Can anyone advise me on the proper way to notify immigration of a change of address in Thailand.  Is it a tm27, 28 or 30 or combination of forms.  I am currently on a one year visa extension based on marriage, first 90 day report complete, moving from Korat to Chiang Mai.  The situation may be complicated as the landlord is leaving the country for one year.  I think I will need copies of the lease, blue book and her Thai ID.  Thank you.

We just did it with a TM30. I did it prior to the next 90 day report but they changed address and did 90 day at the same time.

Then went to DLT to do driving licence change of address.

Going to Imm. again today to pick up Certificate of Residency that I need for a new driving license.

Weird system but it is what it is.....

Thank you gents.  What is involved with the proof of attorney?  Does this need a special legal cerification?

You can just submit the TM30 under your own name as "possessor" (assuming your name is in the rental contract), then no POA from the landlord is required.
