the Indian man in Krabi came in February, no quarantine back then and anyway he  tested positive only this month. Nio question but that he acquired it in Thailand.

I should have been more specific,i meant the military personnel,i doubt very much they spent14 days in quarantine.

    Still trying so hard to say he imported it when he came here, although he passed through quarantine and was then here for 2 more weeks.  You know the virus is here Thailand, and many are just asymptom
