Probably true ... lived there 10 years...  There was a citizen up roar 

on building a chemical plant near city messages were sent to advise friends etc, the fix shut down WeChat for a couple days..

 

finally it was decided to put chemical plant further out just Incase..

Vyke gives me 250 land line minutes and 88 mobile minutes to the UK for $3, its charged in dollars. Thats very hard to beat once downloaded on the phone you call as normal via the app. +44 and away you go

Skype has best video quality.

Signal app has the best audio and video quality of any of the ones I've tried.  It is also the most secure and private.

What video call apps have you tried? Can I use Signal on PC as well? Example from PC to a android phone by video call or messaging?
