Anyone know of a place or person where they sell good used cars at less than 5% financing. Struggling on this one. Most places want 7% to finance, which in my mind is pointless since I can buy a new car for the same price. Where do all the good used cars go?

the difficulty with buying a used car in thailand is that, as far as i understand, cars dont depreciate at any standard formula, nor is thier a blue-book value, the price is just whatever amount of money the seller wants so be sure its a good value or youre better off getting a new one, and then you have the assurance that the owner didnt drive the car abusively and have hidden damage do you like run-on sentence like i do?
