Thai Elite - Do I have the remaining steps correct?

Featured Replies

Hey,
Tried searching for info that clearly explains the whole process as their emails are quite confusing (or my brain cannot comprehend). Want to make sure I got everything correct.

Completed:

- Already got approved, payment sent & welcome letter

- TEMQ submitted 8 days ago.
- Awaiting to be put on embassy's list for visa affix

Next:
1) Get visa affixed  (& then email Thai elite the info)
2) Wait for MFA Approval for TEMQ (confirmation letter) then proceed to #3

3) Make ASQ Hotel booking, flight  & apply for COE.

4) Finally fly to Bangkok

So far I am 8 days in waiting for TEMQ (so about 3 more weeks of waiting?).

Visa affix will happen in 1-2 weeks depending on embassy. COE I'd presume takes a week?

Questions:

1) Do I have to visit the embassy for COE? (As I'm flying to Turkey to affix my visa actually, don't wanna fly twice)

Thaielite said exactly this: "May we suggest you waiting for our confirmation letter then start to apply COE and affix visa at the same time. this will be more convenient for you and you won't have to go to embassy many times." Not sure why this matters as COE seems to be all online?

2) What's a realistic time-frame that I could be in Bangkok By?

3) COE takes about a week's time right?

Thank you for your help, it is greatly appreciated.
