The pancakes at Bourbon Street in Washington Square are acceptable, but the buttermilk pancakes at Art Cafe in Chiang Mai are the real deal!

Try the buttermilk pancakes at Little Home (basement of Silom Complex). They are the best Western style pancakes I have found in BKK – even served with whipped butter and “fake” maple syrup.
