To be announced at the time of maximum inconvenience to all, i.e. about 6:00 pm on the 30th when people are travelling, and can be caught mid province, except of course the Hi-So's who are immune and travelling under hired e.g. "bought" police escort. 2

Just a thought if they are caught mid province would that count towards "domestic tourism".

KhunBENQ
The only restriction I am aware of: if you travel from Samut Sakhon (the virus hotspot) you have to observe quarantine at destination. I assume if there is another candidate for restrictions it would be Rayong. But no travel restriction as of now.

KhunBENQ
Travel has started. Long queues up north/northeast. The village is filling up. Health volunteers/officials check and interview arriving people.

Because in Thailand the 31st is a holiday, if announced on the 31st most people would be at their destinations already.
