Starting young

Chonburi police tracked down two thieves who stole motorcycles in Bo Win sub-district and found them to be young boys aged 11 and 13.

 

On Monday, victims reported that their motorcycles had been stolen around 2pm and security camera footage saw then being driven away by unknown persons.

 

Investigators identified one of the thieves as the 11-year-old boy, who confessed to the crime and told police the loot was hidden in the other boy’s house.

 

Police later found two stolen Honda motorcycles in the other boy’s house.

And never been pulled over by Mr. Plod because he not have any money. If the RTP would only do it's job this would never have happened

If kids this young can jump aboard these motorcycles and ride off with them, it's time the owners took the security of their machines a little more seriously.

Spot on.  Pattaya Plod tracked them down by looking at cameras in their A/C offices whilst had they looked out of the window they would see multiple traffic offences which have conspired to earn the local cops the title 'Most Inept In The Land.'

They hid the motorcycles in the house of the elder lad. What strikes me as odd is that the parents (or guardians as is often the case) didn't bother to query this. Did they have no interest as to where these motorcycles came from?

Why would they even ask such silly questions ?  The boys were trained good, almost got away with it.
