If you are flying, call Bangkok Airways.

Ferry? Call the ferry company?

Maybe bring proof of address???

This healthpassthailand thing is not quite new.

July 22 Bangkok Air check in staff helped me to create that green QR code on the mobile.

Had to show on arrival in Samui.

 

Guests flew down to Samui from Bangkok today.

Just QR codes (SamuiHealthPass) and temperature check.

No problems.
