Raybangkok
Hi Guys, with the current lockdowns in the UK does anyone know if the Thai EMS post is still being delivered? Many thanks.
soi3eddie
All good. I sent a parcel by EMS from Bangkok to England a few weeks ago. Tracked all the way and arrived about 5 days after sending. Be aware that you need to show ID when posting. Avoid putting a value on it or UK customs will charge fees and taxes. I normally write "NIL". Select GIFT too if going to a private individual. Whilst I was impressed with the EMS delivery speed, the cost was high. It was for my 82yr old mum so it was worth it as she was happy. Raybangkok
Many thanks for your replies. I need to send an A4 envelope with about 30 pages the post office quoted 840 Baht which I think is reasonable in these times as they are piggy backing on DHL.
