Sam appeared in Taika Waititi's first Thor movie alongside Matt Damon and Luke Hemsworth, with the three portraying Loki, Thor, and Odin in a play put on by the mischievous god himself. In an interview with Collider, the actor tried to settle an important debate on his cameo, revealing whether he was playing himself in the scene, or just an Asgardian actor. Unfortunately, the answer is still a bit of a mystery, as Sam doesn't really know. "I'm not really entirely nerdishly [into] the Marvel franchise," he said. "I was completely baffled by so many things."
