EV Charging Stations (CS)
Well we got to Bamnet Narong in Chaiyaphum. The journey from Jomtien took 11 hours. We found one charger that didn't work (the first time we had used a charger since having our home charger fitted) which was a little stressful. Then I took the wrong way and ended up going toward Pattaya with no obvious u turn. Luckily we came across a ptt station with a totally unused charger not mentioned on any app or on the front sign. This gave us a full chatge in under an hour. Which improved menstrual relations between the two main parties. After charging one more time at a PEA site we got fairly close to our in-law's village. But then surprise surprise we passed a ptt station just 42 kms from our destination on the opposite side of the road that looked like it had a charger. We u-turned and found another invisible charger not on any apps or on the sign. So the moral of the story is to ignore the apps and hope for the best and you'll get there eventually! We're at bamnet Narong with 360 kms of remaining charge and a charger just over 40 kms away. -

Helmet Saves Life in Lucky Escape on Pattaya-Rayong Bypass
This is good to hear a Thai wearing a helmet but sadly seldom happens. Not true for bangkok where most motorcyclists wear helmets, there is though an all too reluctant minority who don;t, often younger riders and school students. -

In reality - so do most western women... We just hear of the ridiculous vocal extremes on social media. All of my mates in the UK have relationships that include what maybe considered as 'traditional roles' - Blokes do the Barbecuing and cutting the lawn, the women do the laundry and cooking etc... ... this wave of Feminism is not welcomed by any female I know in the UK... its just social media noise. -

Yamaha NMAX 2018 ABS Pump
No not really. I have been riding bikes of all sizes and types for years. I have never had a bike with ABS before. The NMAX I have are the first. While ABS is nice granted yes, personally speaking, I don't consider it a "must have". IF a bike I end up having has it then fine, if not then oh well no problem. If something bad is gonna happen and there's nothing you can do to avoid it and say its that fast that even having ABS wont make a difference. -

For the purposes of discussion, let's assume that it's all Russia's fault. Everything is Russia's "fault." Their invasion of Ukraine was in no way justified, and their nuclear use directives are not helpful. Putin is an evil dictator intent on expanding Russia's border to align with the old Soviet border of 1989 and that any concern they may have in protecting their backyard is not justified, NATO is just a nice peaceful alliance that wouldn't harm a fly. Let's further assume the Western nations are "right" in every respect. The CIA, unlike its usual modus operandi, is not on yet another nation building quest with the ultimate goal of plundering the target nation's resources after installing a puppet regime. Happy so far? So, it's all Russia's fault and the USA and its Western allies have clean hands. All they care about is Ukraine's "democracy," and Blackrock isn't already circling like a vulture, ready to steal Ukrainian resources. So what? You still have a situation where both Russia and the USA have significant nuclear arsenals that, in any way shape or form, cannot be used without setting off a chain of events that could kill billions of people or perhaps end humanity. It doesn't matter who is making the threats or why. No good can come of it. The way you win is to not play the game. Part of the problem here is that the people running the USA, whoever they may be for the next 60 days, don't seem to understand that a ground war with Russia cannot be won in 2024 or 2025. They seem to think the military is fully ready to fight not only in Europe, but, if need be, in Asia against China, and in the Middle East against Iran. Really? They need a wake up call. We have a scary situation right now. The people at the Pentagon know the actual state of affairs, but no one seems to be listening to them. -
