As you are a vegan, and I love vegan food but not stay on the diet. Just wanted to know if you or anybody else have found haloumi cheese in Thailand? Sorry can't help you regarding halloumi, I Iive upcountry. Remember seeing many years ago in Bangkok. Guess I could try making my own as tofu is easily available here.
