Are there any restrictions or requirements for domestic flight travel from DMK to Chiang Mai, Phuket etc and back to DMK?

Chiang Mai insisted you have an app on your phone (can't remember which one) but the person allegedly checking it put her stamp on my boarding pass yesterday without even checking.  At the boarding gate there was something else that wasn't verified, but that doesn't mean it never will be.
