Car Registration Renewal for a Foreigner Living Here
The only problem is the online app. Installed it on the phone, registered and then was required to goto another app - digital ID (ThaiID) to complete the login. This app requires a photo of the Thai ID card. I do have a pink ID card. The app will not accept the photo and constantly states there is an error. My original question asked, whether anyone else has encountered this problem. Various sites such as Expat Den and Motorist Thailand suggest it can be done via the app. As for the car tax renewal, I will take all your advice and goto the local roadworthy shop and save myself the drive to DLT. -

Thai Airways Files Restructuring Plan: Eyes 2025 Relisting
I agree although plane crashes tend to have a short-term impact. IMHO there has been too much nepotism, cronyism and bad management over the years that ran them in the ground. They were slow in upgrading their aircraft to fight the growing competition from the ME airlines and were always uncompetitive on price. I've flown First a few times recently and the service has got better but it's not a patch on Emirates, Etihad and Qatar. As for their website, it's a mess trying to navigate. -

Bank Gold in Pattaya could handle that amount of USD. -

Do you know Ben Bartree?
You've mentioned before that you don't like Noam C. Why? His politics I presume? I like a lot of his writing. He's very good at outing Corporate America and its abuse of the working classes. I guess you wouldn't like Bernie Saunders either.... are you a Republican? -
