clearance
Hi, searching for it on google, but can't find anything. Maybe there is brand that sells good sweet condensed milk (made only from milk and sugar without palm oil and stuff), so I can boil it myself. VocalNeal
This stuff? Thais use it everywhere for "spin" drinks, et al. Should be in Foodland, Tops etc.

clearance
This is closest one I can find at Amazon, but unfortunately no delivery to Thailand. It is not just sweet condensed milk, it is cooked, boiled in the closed can for 2-4 hours to get it caramelized, very popular in Russia where it called "Вареная сгущёнка" and in South America where it called "Dulce de Leche" Edited April 8, 2021 by clearance
VocalNeal
Given this picture it is the same as Carnation. Give that a try?
clearance
Nope, this is regular sweet condensed milk from the same brand ???? But I will check it, maybe it made from real milk and sugar, so I can cook it myself. It is easy. Just submerge it in big saucepan with two fingers of water above cans and boil for 2.5 - 4 hours ???? Strange that it is not popular in Thailand, it is really good. Edited April 8, 2021 by clearance

james.d
It can be boiled or baked. I tried the baking method last Christmas and it turned out well. However, I'll just boil it next time. If I remember correctly it was Mali brand. https://youtu.be/2J0ICGYsBL4
champers
I have bought Argentinian dulce de leche sweets/candy in Tops in Central in Pattaya. 20 B per bag in plain and chocolate flavours. Next to the Werthers. They are addictive.
clearance
Checked all Thai brands of sweet condensed milk in Tops Market, all of them contains Palm Oil, from 6 to 10 percent. Also it made from milk powder and not from real milk. Heating cans with Palm Oil to make Dulce de Leche not sounds like good idea... Where to buy imported sweet condensed milk that made only from real milk and sugar?
