Usual week day busy times.

Yes, they always close the tunnel at peak traffic times during the day for maintenance.

It's a tunnel - they don't seem to understand that they don't need daylight to perform maintenance inside an artificially lit tunnel!

Why not on a Sunday night between, say, 11p.m. and 6 a.m.

Or does this Farang tink tu mutt.......

On a similar note last week we were in Makro Surin. More than half the aisles opposite the checkouts were closed off as fork lifts and staff were loading shelves. This was at about 10.30 a.m.

When I was a young lad..........( when Noah was building his Ark ), I worked an evening shift in a large supermarket . We used to start when the store closed, and re-stocked all the shelves ready for the next day. Rocket science it is not........Mind you I am not Thai bashing as exactly the same thing happens daily in supermarkets in Saudi Arabia too.
