Recommended Posts

My gf went to SQ in February. She told nurse she have trouble sleeping and got some tabletts. It was fk diazepam. I told her to throw it in bin. Now I'm in ASQ and have very big problems to concentrate on any task I want to do. My eyes are blurry constant. Can't focus on any subject. I'm I guy that is never sick and have taken most drugs in my younger life. Diazepam has that effect. Anyone experiencing same as me?

Please do not make this into big secret plot to drug ASQ guests.

There are many possible reasons for your feelings. Most likely is you. You are stressed out and the more you think about this, the more you will start to imagine things.

Another good reason is the air quality. Thailand hotels can have poor air quality. Not all hotels  have modern air filters or change the filters or clean the mold and dust from the ducts. Thailand has bad air pollution. It is the rare hotel that cleans its ductwork on a regular basis.  Some of the pesticides and cleaning products they use can make people sick. I  stayed in one place that use so much air scent to cover up sewer smells that was given bad headache and nausea. The air fresheners rely on bad chemicals like formaldehyde and acetone.   Is it possible to open a window and to exchange the air? Can you go outside to the designated exterior zone? A bit of exercise and change in venue can help.

There is absolutely no need to drug anyone and those who suggest are not funny. Irresponsible claim too.

I'm working away from home 33 years already. I usually stay away for 2-8 weeks in a row. So I'm used to be alone and stayed in hotels all my life since the companies I work for are paying.

So no. Its not me being depressed etc

You are stressed,

Go with the flow, I have just finished 15 days self isolating & had to force myself to forget about a timetable, eat when feel like, sleep when feel like, chill, forget about the clock

for 14 days.Who cares that you are gaming on the net at 5am

Can it be that you are jetlagged? We cmd from the US east coast. 12 hours difference. I have been coming to Thailand for  about 15 years now, and aside from the usual , I never experienced much of a problem. This time I could not get my hours straight for the full seven days of quarantine. laying around and taking naps whenever I got sleepy  didn't help either.

Could it be that you are experiencing a severe case of jetlag.

Masturbation releases such hormones in your body that make you relax. This is often the reason many people (and not just you) are in the habit of masturbating before they hit the bed. In doing so, you tell your brain that this activity is what is followed by sleep.

Have you tried masturbation?  Feels good and a good natural remedy for sleep issues.

PS:  Maybe your GF can cam with you to assist with this.

Good luck.

Already booked a hotel next to this one for 3 days for me and my gf.

Diazepam is a benzodiazepine which can make you seriously addicted / this substance can only be given with a doctors prescription

This can be bought in most shops without prescription. Never had any problems getting any prescription drug, without prescription in Thailand

Diazepam is a drug that has been around for more than 60 years, and it can be bought without prescription in many pharmacies in Thailand.

In small, and infrequent doses, it helps a lot of people.

Some people can get addicted to anything, it doesn't mean that it should be denied to the rest of us when we need it.

No. Since all my work is project based I can work when I want and take as long vacations as I want, when I want.

But it wasn't good for my marriage though

I'd suggest trying a drowsy antihistamine such as Codiphen. Non-addictive, I take one whenever I think I need a good night's sleep.

Its a good suggestion. The main reason being is that antihistemines are not addictive. Sleeping pills are.

Once I had to play soccer after work. I was so unfit and ran around like an idiot chasing the ball. Got home at 8pm exhausted. In bed by 9pm. Woke up 7am. Best sleep Ive ever had. Try doing some excercise...

Yeah. You did read I'm in ASQ. There's really not much space here
