Popular Post Patong2021
Please do not make this into big secret plot to drug ASQ guests. There are many possible reasons for your feelings. Most likely is you. You are stressed out and the more you think about this, the more you will start to imagine things. Another good reason is the air quality. Thailand hotels can have poor air quality. Not all hotels have modern air filters or change the filters or clean the mold and dust from the ducts. Thailand has bad air pollution. It is the rare hotel that cleans its ductwork on a regular basis. Some of the pesticides and cleaning products they use can make people sick. I stayed in one place that use so much air scent to cover up sewer smells that was given bad headache and nausea. The air fresheners rely on bad chemicals like formaldehyde and acetone. Is it possible to open a window and to exchange the air? Can you go outside to the designated exterior zone? A bit of exercise and change in venue can help. There is absolutely no need to drug anyone and those who suggest are not funny. Irresponsible claim too. 6 1

So I'm used to be alone and stayed in hotels all my life since the companies I work for are paying. So no. Lacessit
I'd suggest trying a drowsy antihistamine such as Codiphen. Non-addictive, I take one whenever I think I need a good night's sleep.
sirineou
Can it be that you are jetlagged? We cmd from the US east coast. 12 hours difference. I have been coming to Thailand for about 15 years now, and aside from the usual , I never experienced much of a problem. This time I could not get my hours straight for the full seven days of quarantine. laying around and taking naps whenever I got sleepy didn't help either. Could it be that you are experiencing a severe case of jetlag.

You need to try and meditate. Panic attacks are also common when your mind starts to believed your caged like an animal. You need to let the nurses know what your experiencing and get some help from a mental health professional.
ICELANDMAN
Probably you have become sensitive to disinfectants in your room, I suggest you take a simple tea of peppermint that can help your body dispose of environmental poisons and those you have ingested
Popular Post bkk6060
Masturbation releases such hormones in your body that make you relax. This is often the reason many people (and not just you) are in the habit of masturbating before they hit the bed. In doing so, you tell your brain that this activity is what is followed by sleep. Have you tried masturbation? Feels good and a good natural remedy for sleep issues. PS: Maybe your GF can cam with you to assist with this. Good luck. BenDeCosta
Diazepam is a drug that has been around for more than 60 years, and it can be bought without prescription in many pharmacies in Thailand. In small, and infrequent doses, it helps a lot of people. Some people can get addicted to anything, it doesn't mean that it should be denied to the rest of us when we need it.
