Now in addition to the percentage, and date we have a new category.

I'll take "Provinces" for $200.

Vaccines for the daily double it would seem.

What happened with priorities like age, comorbidity, risk profession. I've seen some of my friends on Facebook in their twenties and thirties got the jab already like this is some kind of fad. Asaylom indeed.

Do your friends work?

GIve me a break. It's not happening when all these registrations, apps, walk-ins, check-ins, bookings, whatever, keep getting announced then immediately cancelled.

I tutor international students online and they all ask me how our vaccination is going. I tell them we're sitting on like 5 million doses, and have no idea what they're doing with them.

The National Communicable Diseases Committee has set a target to vaccinate 70% of the population of 11 provinces by August.

Now slowly the truth emerges... 70% of first jabs in only 11 provinces.

It was all a pipe-dream... just like we'll have enough vaccines.

Well done those 11 provinces. May I respectfully suggest that someone checks if the Governor of Chiang Mai is still breathing because he seems to be in a coma and has announced no plans or even a hint of anything constructive. The last we heard from him was weeks ago. Perhaps he needs some oxygen to wake him up, poor thing!

They are all in a coma, Country wide, they are just awake ( kind of) at the same time. It's an odd medical condition that is confined to politicians.

'The government has decided that the second dose of AstraZeneca vaccines will now be administered 16 weeks after the first dose, as opposed to 10 weeks,' reliably reported this morning.

Bangkok, Krabi and Phang Nga- aim to achieve the target in July.

From another article today:

"[The Bangkok Governor] said, once all centers are up and running, they will be able to inoculate between 38,000 and 50,000 people a day which, when combined with the vaccination capacity of 126 hospitals in Bangkok, means seven to eight million people will receive their first doses of the vaccine by the end of August."

Definitely a moving target--backwards.

70% of people in 11 provinces will be vaccinated by August

These headlines are like the board-game "Clue".

Some person, in some province with a syringe.

70% of 11 provinces, not 70% living in the 11 provinces.  Fixed it for you.

Step 1: Set a goal, claiming it will be achieved.

Step 2: Blame someone, example the delivery did not occur.

Step 3: Repeat step 1.
