The ones in Bangkok all closed during the Chinese virus and never opened again, there are two cities within about 50 Ks from me, but to my knowledge none have any travel agents. When I was back in Scotland recently there were plenty of travel agencies, in one mall there were two across from each other. -

Or you could "do your own research" and find out that once a judge issues an adjudication the defendant's status is exonerated or convicted. Appeals do not change the defendants status until resolved.
