To achieve foreign tourism Thailand needs to vaccinate minimum 70% of the entire population not just pockets here and there, and even then two injections not just one. Patong2021 Posted May 31, 2021 Share Posted May 31, 2021 Not much thought go into the plan. Hua Hin population swells on weekends as visitors flood in from Bangkok. What are plans for visitors from outside Hua Hin? I don't think the valuable western European visitors will want to go to a place where locals are vaccinated with product that has no proven result.
