If he has to go to Krabi, for 1-2 days,for working,
he come from rayong, but take flight from bkk, to krabi

Is the quarantine only for people coming from "dark red" zones like Bangkok? Or for everyone?

Yes, everyone, plane, car, train, bicycle doesn’t matter.  However it is an honour system and some people have been ignorant enough to ignore the rules.

When I get to Krabi I need to visit immigration to do my covid extension. How can I do this if I am in Quarantine?

A hotel advised me today that if you are traveling from a Red Zone you need full vaccination certificate and a PCR test within 3 days of arrival.
