I am looking for recommendations for a hospital with a good paediatric department that serves the Saphan Sung area. I am primarily looking for things like immunisations and check ups.

Do you mean government or private hospital?  And can explain where exactly this district is? In Bangkok hospitals don't usually serve a specific district.

Hi have a look at Samitiveg hospital it's located at 

488 Srinagarindra Rd, Suan Luang, Bangkok 10250

Not sure where in Saphan Sung you live but it's on Srinagarindra rd between Krungthepkritha rd and the Bangkok - Chonburi motor way.

Having had a look at website it looks like they do specialize in pediatrics.

Hi, I believe this area is near BKK airport. I am not overly fussy about private or government, more that they are able to provide services such as check ups, immunisations, checking of development and stages etc.
