June 25, 20215 yr Don't know if this is allowed here or not, but a friend of mine who lives in Pattaya received a letter addressed to a P. A. Lumber from England. He apparently lives, or did live, somewhere around Thepprasit Road. He's just trying to get him his letter. Giving back to Thai mail will just cause it to get sent back or dumped in the bin.
