Has anyone attempted to do a non-married ASQ together (sharing one room) in Bangkok? Can you recommend a hotel? Please use private message.

As per BritTim, not having done it no personal recommendation, but by now almost all ASQ hotels allow it (one caveat - if arriving and checking in together). The cost will be less than the price for two rooms but not a huge difference due to the charges over and above the room itself.

I'd suggest having a search through a FB group such as https://www.facebook.com/groups/298606387906884 where you will find first-hand accounts from unmarried people that quarantined together. Helpful bunch of people to answer your questions including the hotel reps that will let you know what they have on offer that fits your schedule.
