I have been trying to access EMS tracking through google but all the searches are now coming up in chinese  for anything thai related and cant get through when clicking on the links, really have to wonder what is going on as it has only started happening.  Is everyone getting google searches in chinese now?

Google does not decide the language used by a domain owner for the content on the domain's pages.
