Monday was now officially last drinks.

As usual, no one know <deleted> is going on, least of all the authorities.

Been on an off - we were at takeaway in April, then restaurants came back no alcohol in May, then June alcohol came back and now back in reverse ???? ourmanflint
Chiang Mai is one of those places where covid has been spreading quietly and will soon see a massive increase in cases because of it.

By spreading quietly do you mean because of lack of testing it's gone unnoticed?

SomchaiCNX
Drinking alcohol during Covid is not allowed. Can somebody tell me what is the medical reason behind this? On the other driving under influence can continue as usual? By the way I even don't drink. The only reason why Thailand is dealing with high covid cases is because the government did not do their job. They had plenty of time to get everybody injected. Most rules are just put in places by control freaks. 1 1

Can somebody tell me what is the medical reason behind this? It's because most Thai people who drink alcohol usually drink in groups. When they are drunk, they will not respect social distancing or any rules such as wearing masks. Edited July 21, 2021 by EricTh
