Changing rims.

My truck has OEM rims and tyres and I don't see many trucks these days around our way and even new trucks with Red plates that got the OEM wheels.

Saw some s/h rims today with high wall tyres just what I like and went checking first to make sure they were suitable for mine or a Truck as the workshop said yeah OK no problem.????

2,500 baht swopping over from 17 to 19 with high wall tyres couldn't believe how cheap that is.

Thought replacing such big tyres when it's needed would be expensive too but surprisingly not.

Oh old tyres were 16 the replacement rims and tyres are 18.

Looks good. You will lose a little acceleration but gain in top speed.

But with a diesel the torque will power right on thru.

Isuzu - tuff trucks !

Yeah I noticed a difference in I guess was the torque delay I was use to, in 2nd 3rd and 4th but are still OK but always with the 1.9 you have to floor it.

Which I could have what I asked for at Isuzu when I bought the truck "Can I have the Bi-turbo like they have in europe" answer no have no such thing. ????
