Will it cause a problem that the RT-PCR swab test receipt for Phuket Sandbox shows the wrong departure date?

Featured Replies

On the https://www.thailandpsas.com/ website, there is a field to enter departure flight information. I inputted this information correctly, but the receipt automatically generated a departure date of Sep 15th based on the checkout date from the hotel that I booked. My SQ 725 flight departure date is in October (it is my international flight departing from Thailand, not my domestic flight departing from Phuket after the quarantine period is over).

Is this inaccuracy on the RT-PCR receipt going to cause a problem, either for the COE application or for when I plan to just book a flight from the Phuket airport to Bangkok on the day that the quarantine period ends? I don't see any way that the error could be corrected now. Maybe I should have left departure date blank? Or I should have pre-purchased a ticket from Phuket to Bangkok and used that as the departure flight, but it wasn't clear to me that the date field would auto-populate in the receipt as my hotel checkout date.

EDIT: I guess on second look, it's not actually stated that the specified departure flight is on the hotel departure date, it is just strongly implied by the order in which these fields are displayed.
